Urban Spring Retreat

Step into spring with clarity, lightness, and renewed energy.

Urban Spring Retreat is a half-day immersive experience designed to help you reset your intentions, rebalance your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner vision. As nature awakens, we invite you to gently release the heaviness of winter and welcome a fresh beginning — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Through reset meditation, transformative breathwork, reflective journaling, and nourishing Ayurvedic rituals, you will be supported in creating healthy inner and outer habits that align with the season of growth. This retreat is a space to pause, breathe deeply, and realign your body and mind in a calm and supportive community setting.
